    Default global.asa

    &nbsp;<BR>Does anyone know how to get the global.asa activated. I have to get this system working and it rely&#039;s on the global.asa file for its data connection. The problem is that I cannot get it to work the global.asa file is obviously not activated. Is there some sort of setting in IIS, I have tried recreating the file and adding it to the root directory but it is still not working.<BR>Please help.<BR>Thanks

    First off, is this global.asax (ASP.NET) , or global.asa (classic ASP)<BR><BR>Second, I tend to avoid using global.asa/x, but can you instantiate ADO objects in global.asa, I was under the impression you couldn&#039;t.<BR><BR>could be wrong.
