I have "run out" of datagrid commands for a custom datagrid. I'm using them all for some purpose, and I'm trying to create another custom event for the grid.

In summary, here's what I'm trying:
-Add a buttoncolumn with a custom commandname
-Fire an event when the column is clicked

Here's my code (in a nutshell)

Public Class CustomGrid : Inherits DataGrid

Sub New()
AddHandler CustomSelect, AddressOf CustomColumn_Click
End Sub

Event CustomSelect As DataGridCommandEventHandler

Sub CustomColumn_Click(Sender As Object, E As DataGridCommandEventArgs)
'event actions here
End Sub

Sub MyInit(Sender As Object, E As EventArgs)
'add a column with .CommandName = "CustomSelect"
End Sub

End Class

It compiles fine, but nothing happends when I click the column. I guess I just don't understand how to add a custom command, or if it's even possible. Help?
