    Default host header name

    Can anyone tell me a keyword or some tidbit to get me pointed in the right direction toward knowing how to emulate the msdn in front of or the my in I believe it is accomplished through the host header name. Thanks

    No it&#039s not.<BR><BR>& is a subdomain of & which has to be set up in IIS. So you can&#039t emulate it, your provider has to set it up for you (if they&#039re willing to do that, check your hosting-contract about that).<BR><BR>The host header name is part of the request from the browser to the webserver. It makes it possible to host several domains on just 1 ip-address, but only works with versions 4 of browsers.<BR><BR>Hopes this helps,<BR>Olav
