Probably not, depends on what they do / what the relationship is.<BR><BR>But generally speaking, they would have ben seperated out fot sa reason (normalisation)

Not necessarily, it really depends what's in them. ; )<BR><BR>Why not just execute two separate UPDATE statements or better yet if possible write yourself a nice stored procedure.
Those are still two separate SQL statements. ;P
You can't execute Multiple statements on an Access DB.<BR>
I never said it was otherwise<BR><BR>However it is one trip to the DB....<BR>
