Hi Folks
Does anyone know how to remove leading zero's so that 0956 becomes 956 and 0020 becomes 20. Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers,

Neil

## Yes, cFloat

what if he has

"09876.675"

cInt, cDbl will drop the decimal.

## cFLOAT??

Is that new?

and since when will cDBL drop the decimal?

cLng and cInt will drop the decimal, cDbl is what you need, and I don't think cFloat exists

## you're right!

My appologies to all, I was getting confused, with cFloat.

Sorry, it doesn't exist , and cDEBL will not drop the decimal.

so, final analysis is:

cDbl() 'VBScript
parseFloat() //JScript

Sorry, not sure where my mind is this morning ;-)
