Hello Friends,
When i click on an element, i used to use document.activeElement in IE5.5 to get that element. But in IE6.0, document.activeElement returns BODY at the active element, not the specific element in the body. My aim is to scroll the screen to that element later.
For example, i have a grid with delete buttons on each row. When they click on delete button i ask for confirmation. Once they respond to that confirmation, in IE5.5 my page used to scroll to that position bringing that element to view. But in IE6.0, after the confirmation, scrolls to the top of the page.
Did anyone encounter this before. And is there a workaround?
Thanks much for the time.
-Sudheer.
