I have a name field that has last name, a comma, and then a first name. Is there a way to split this to an array in SQL Server?
thanks
Default What?

An array in a database? Why not just make them two fields?

Default Yeah, I'd update the DB design...

Run a VB Script on the database to split out the name into a usable structure...

You might be able to create a view using the left() and right() functions, but EEK! slow...

-- Whol
