    Default invalid use of null !!

    Need some help pls!<BR>This statement is giving me error ! the problem is that the name field in database is text field while notes1 is numeric. I am trying to convert it to integer but its still giving me errors!<BR><BR> "Select name from AUDITLOG where cint(name)=&#039;"& notes1&"&#039; "<BR><BR>the error I am getting is <BR>Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error &#039;80040e07&#039; <BR>[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Invalid use of Null <BR><BR>I am using Microsoft Access<BR><BR>any tips ??<BR>

    CInt() is a Visual Basic Script command, not a SQL one.<BR><BR>Get rid of it and everything should work...<BR><BR>I&#039;m not an Access guy, but name may be reserved. try<BR><BR>where [name] =
