    Default printer

From a web page is it possible to get the default printer of the user accesing my web page? Its for a web app, I'm working on and we need to print a doc, and its not a WORD doc.

    Default Not really.

You may be able to use a client-side ActiveX control. But, you are then bound by the users' security settings on their browser (IE).
