I am building a wizard using ASP. Approx: 20 steps. Each page is built by calling a Function: PopulatePageData. Inside that function, I have a large Case Statement on the StepNumber. This page is becoming very large, and I would like to use an Include inside each case statement so I can save the generation of page in a separate file. Code looks like:

Select Case asPageIndex
Case 0
Case 1
%>

<%
Case 2
%>

<%

...
End Select

My question is: Am I doing myself any favors by doing this? i.e. Because the # Include is inside a Case Statement, is it the only file that will be # included. OR, do ALL the # includes get included up front.
