I have a SQL2K db of 81MB - fine. I have imported, during testing, millions of records and the LOG file is huge being 9.6GB! The Database Recovery model was set to 'FULL'. Autoshrink was not ticked. There is an option to delete the log file, but I read that that is not always safe. I don't care about any of the data in the actual db, just the design. Can I delete the LOG file, after I have made a backup of the db (which I have done)?
