<BR>You can post data to another page using the form's GET or POST. You can hold data in a Session object and read this on the new page, you can cache data and retrieve it on the new page etc...<BR><BR>You'll be using code-behind to manipulate your data.
easy way is server.transfer<BR><BR>also, i don't know how new you are or exactly what you're using it for, but asp.net is really set up well to *not* have to pass data to another page, the panel control is really good for keeping lots of pages self-contained.<BR><BR>
Well, I am very new. I am trying to develop a web site. The first page is login & pwd. On the following page I want to retrieve that user's info but I can not pass the id to the second page. Can you recommand me the most common way for passing data?
