Default Type definitions fail on server

    Please Help...

All of my VB.NET(2003) code works great on my machine(XP), but when I copy it over to my 2000 server, I keep getting Type definition not defined statements. I have .Net Framework 1.1 installed on the server, but no luck.

Here is one example of my problem:

I am trying to summerize a column in my datagrid on my webform and I keep getting the message:"Type 'DataGridItemEventArgs' is not defined."

My Class definition is:
=============================
Public Class WebForm1
Inherits System.Web.UI.Page

My dataGrid is declared as:
===============================
Protecte d WithEvents DataGrid1 As System.Web.UI.WebControls.DataGrid

This is my Code:
Public Sub DataGrid1_ItemDataBound(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As DataGridItemEventArgs)
If e.Item.ItemType = ListItemType.Item Or e.Item.ItemType = ListItemType.AlternatingItem Then
CalcTotal(e.Item.Cells(11).Text)
e.Item.Cells(11).Text = String.Format("{0:n0}", Convert.ToDouble(e.Item.Cells(11).Text))
ElseIf (e.Item.ItemType = ListItemType.Footer) Then
e.Item.Cells(10).Text = "Total"
e.Item.Cells(11).Text = String.Format("{0:n0}", runningTotal)
End If
End Sub

Like I said... Sounds like one of the import files is missing, you need a whole slew of them -

Imports System
Imports System.Web
Imports System.Web.UI
Imports System.Web.UI.WebControls
Imports System.Data
Imports System.Data.SqlClient
