    Default Handling Double Quotations?

    How is it possible to handle double quotations successfully and have them insert to the database without having the words cut off halfway through?<BR><BR>By this I mean...<BR><BR>If I were to write...<BR>hello, my name is "john"...<BR><BR>the sql falls over and only catches ...<BR>hello, my name is<BR><BR>Thanks in advance,<BR>John<BR>

    Use the replace function and replace your quotes " with a double quote ""<BR>Same goes for singles &#039;, make them like this &#039;&#039;<BR><BR>Should look like this<BR>hello, my name is ""john""...<BR>Or<BR>That&#039;s john&#039;s book.<BR>Should look like <BR>That&#039;&#039;s john&#039;&#039;s book.<BR><BR>This is in the faq&#039;s as well
