I have a form with a combo-box and a subform at the bottom, the combo-box where the user would enter a project number and then the information will be displayed at the bottom in the subform.. I would like the subform to be blank when the form is first opened and after a new project has been added or modififed.
anything for me. I suspect that others are confused too otherwise you would have had a ton of answers by now. ; )

Let's start with the basics. ; )

Since you posted this in the db forum, what kind of form are you talking about? Is this an HTML form? An Access form? Does this have anything to do with an ASP page or script? What do you mean by a new "project"? Is that info in a db table? If yes what database...etc.

I hope you get the idea. You're being too general and too vague here. Also, maybe you need to actually ask us a question. ; )

Have you done ANYTHING? If yes, what do you have so far?

Seriously we are here to help, but help us understand.

Pete

Yes, you must be right.
Problem:
I am using Access database form and using event procedure(Visual Basic) coding for setting "NotInList" properties.

How do I open the subform with blank fields until a project number is selected from the combo box?
What you need to do is on open check the value of the dropdown list
This should be null or 0
then SET each of the Form values to null or 0 or '' .
Then when the Dropdown is selected you need to re-set the Form values.
