    Default IIS Security settings

I'm hoping someone can explain this to me, because I can't figure it out: I have two websites, one live in production and one a development version of the same site (they're both in the same domain) that, as far as I can tell, have the same exact IIS settings. Anonymous access has been disabled, since I am using Active Directory in the code, and Integrated Windows Authentication is being used. Problem being that no one other than myself can get to the Dev site - all users get a login popup screen, but this does not happen in the prod site. What am I missing here?
