    Hi .. i am newby... (*shamed*)<BR><BR>Is there a limit on the amount of text I can pass from a multi line text box into a single column in a database. The form will be a way of submitting an article for an e-zine so there could be lots of text involved...<BR><BR>I am intending to do it with ASP, VBScript, a simple HTML Form and an Access database.<BR><BR>thanks for any ideas..<BR><BR>T<BR><BR>

    This is dependent on what kind of data-type you set the respective field in the Access db. If you set it to TEXT it has a limitation of 255 characters, and if you set it to MEMO it has a limitation of 64000 characters, wich would be enough in most cases.<BR><BR><BR>Espen
