Which contain date ranges "from" and "to".

How do I add the combo box data to the string? and how do I pull out 3 bits of info from the string on the next page?

<%
Response.Write("<a href='view_dept.asp?id=")
Response.Write (RSDealerID.Fields("ID"))
Response.Write("&#039 ;>")
Response.Write("Department")
%&#06 2;

Many Thanks

Darrell....
