Default Populating list control

I am wondering if you can do a compound select statement to do the following. I have two tables. One for team names and one for pitchers. I want to populate one radiobuttonlist with the teams. And the other radiobuttonlist with the pitchers. Is there a way to do a compound select statement that will do this?
Thanks.

The SELECT statement is the easy part, its getting them broken into two seprate lists which will be your problem but your SELECT statement should look something like this.

SELECT t.team_id, p.pitcher_id FROM tblPitcher p LEFT OUTER JOIN tblTeam t ON t.team_id = p.team_id
