Default Opening Recordset requires a current record?

    ADODB.Field error &#039 800a0bcd&#039

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted; the operation requested by the application requires a current record.

/news.asp, line 62

No problem, right? I mean, this is a pretty elementary error that we&#039ve all gotten at one point or another. Well, to help illustrate my befuddlement, I present to you line 62.

RS3.Open "SELECT * FROM Reviews WHERE [GameTitle] = &#039" & RS("Advertisement") & "&#039", strConnection, adOpenStatic, adLockOptimistic, adCmdText

Nice catch-22, huh? I must first have a current record before I can perform the operation that will let me have a current record. If anyone can solve this one (hell, I&#039d be content simply with an EXPLANATION), I&#039d be intensely grateful. Thanks!

--Bill J.
