Default Advanced Authentication Problem

    OK, here goes.

I'm using the following to authenticate a user against their network account;
Function IsAuthenticated(strDomain, strUser, Password)

On Error Resume Next

Set authObject = authNamespace.OpenDSObject("WinNT://" & strDomain, strDomain & "\" & strUser, strPassword, ADS_READONLY_SERVER)

If Err.Number <> 0 Then
IsAuthenticated = False
Else
IsAuthenticated = True
End If

End Function

This works fine for any users on the same domain that the server is on (domain 1). But if a user tries to log in that's only a member of domain 2, it doesn't work. Is there any way I can authenticate a user from another domain?
