Default Database Error

Does anyone know why this error is occuring? It happens when the page attempts to open a connection to an Access database... There is nothing wrong with the database itself...

Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80004005)
Unspecified error
/not_for_index/feedback/feedback.asp, line 25

This is the code for opening the connection to the database etc...

<%

Dim objConn, objRS, SQL

Set objConn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")

obj "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=d:extranet

Default Does it always do this?

Presume line 25 is the objConn.Open one?

I have often experienced the dreaded 80004005 error with Access databases. Search on google will reveal a multitude of causes and possible workarounds.

Has this failure always happened? sometimes have had 8004005 which are intermittent. A server reboot helped sometimes, as did repairing the database, deleting any .ldb file left behind.

Cheers
Tim
