    i am using the below written code to stop caching on my page..<BR>in this case what happens to the .gif and .css files..<BR>are the gifs also down loaded every time the form refreshes or is there some thing else happening in case of .gif and .css files<BR><BR>thanks in advance<BR>ameet<BR><BR>&#060;%<BR>Response.Expire s = -1 <BR>Response.Expiresabsolute = Now() - 2 &#039;expire the page two days ago this will handle any time difference<BR>Response.AddHeader "pragma","no-cache" &#039;for the browser<BR>Response.AddHeader "cache-control","private" &#039; for the proxy server<BR>Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"<BR>%&#062;

    Default RE: stop caching...

    non-asp files are NOT affected by this code. they&#039;ll runder under IIS&#039;s default http-cache settings.
