    Default using vb classes

I would like to try to seperate my code from presentation by using vb. I haven't done this before and wonder if I am able to w/ my current setup. I do not have visual studio nor a copy of .net server on my own system (i use my web host to develop on). So, I confused how I am supposed to compile w/out any of those tools or if there is anything else to be aware of.

You can compile from a command line using VBC.EXE and then upload the binaries to your BIN folder. Who is your host? I know alot a free hosting services do not offer alot of options for .NET - for instance (last I checked) Brinkster requires all code to be inline - no code-behind files.
