Default Receiving input for checkbox

Hi. I have a checkbox on a form. It is a single checkbox, so I am not using the 'value' attribute. When I try to transfer the data to a recordset, I get a Provider Error '80020005'. I am trying to do something like this:
rsItem("something") = Request.Form("something")
I guess you have to provide more information for a checkbox? Thanks

When posting an error code, include the message as well.

rsItem("something") = len(Request.Form("something"))

if the column is a yes/no type.
