I am having a hard time reading a cookie that was set on another server. I have tried to use the domain attribute: response.cookie(“name”).Domain = “.mydomain.com”

I’ve used various iterations of the domain syntax, all of which I got from books. The weird thing is, that whenever the domain attribute is present, the cookie doesn’t get read at all and there are no errors. I have been testing this with both the response.cookies and request.cookies on the same server to no avail. Doesn’t work on different servers either.

Does anyone know the proper way to send a cookie over using the domain attribute? Is there a setting in IIS that I’m missing?
