Hey there, I got a problem.

I need to fetch the html output of a web page on a remote server and include it in my ASP-code. The content will be parsed fairly often so I need a pretty quick function for it. It might even be worth a bit of extra work to make it work quickly. I know there's a function for doing it through asp although I can't find it at the moment, so if someone could tip me off as to which function to use that'd be a start.

But other solutions would also be good. I just thought of a way myself that might work well, either if:

- I use a stored procedure that run at a regular interval in SQL-server that fetches the content and stores it in a table .

Or

- Use the windows task scheduler to run a web page containing the asp-code to fetch the web page and store it in a table.

Any suggestions as to the fastest and least resource-intensive approach for doing this would help me a lot. I'm sure you have better ideas than mine.

Thanks bunches!
