Is there anyway within VB to call the Click event for a command button? All I see within my books is to call the setfocus button.
Anyways, move your onclick event to call another function, and then you can reference that function from anywhere. Or you could raise the event manually, but it's easier with the other method.
Open VB.<BR>Create a simple form.<BR>Drop a command button on the form.<BR>Double click on that button and you will see it.<BR><BR>Is that what you wanted to know?
But I want to invoke it from a timer.
I think the point he was making was that that would create a sub as opposed to a function. (although why he'd want a function i have no idea?)
object and write the SUB. You can call the ONCLICK sub from inside the TIMER SUB.<BR><BR>VB does provide a TIMER ActiveX.
