    Default DateTime Formatting

Have queried a database to return dates for particular activities. Date format is American (mm/dd/yy) and we wish to change the returned dates to English (dd/mm/yy). How is the DateFormat function used to do this.

The VBS FormatDateTime function uses the System Date format to do whatever it needs to do.<BR><BR>If you need to change the format that way, try a simple like this:<BR><BR>function FormatEnglishDate(InDate) &#060; DateIn is of Date type<BR> FormatEnglishDate = Day(InDate) & "/" & Month(InDate) & "/" & Year(InDate)<BR>end function<BR><BR>This will return a string with the english date<BR><BR>hope this helps<BR>
