Default Dangerous error in Activex with Visual interdev??

I am using Visual Interdev for developing ASP applications and I draged its Calender activex control in design view in interdev and whenever I press its source tab or quick view tab it is displaying the following error window:

Title of window : DEVENV.EXE Application Error

contents of window:
The instruction at "0x70c96675" refrenced memory at "0x00000000".The memory could not be read.Click on OK to terminate the application and click on cancel to debug the application.

Moreover the application is closed whether I press OK or cancel.
I have tried it so many times and every time the response is same.
Reply ASAP as I am stuck badly.
