Does anybody know if it is possible to "trick" records in a disconnected ADO recordset into thinking they are "Insert" rows instead of "Update" rows? If so, this could be a fast way to migrate data from one remote database to another: simply retrieve a recordset, disconnect it, set all the rows to be "Insert" rows, and then batch update the target database using the target database's ActiveConnection.

Any thoughts?
