Default VBscript - printing tabs

Hi, does anyone know how I can print a tab to an HTML page using a VBscript script, This is the code I have at the moment:

<% =artists(0) %>
<% response.write(" ")%>
<% =artists(1) %>
<% response.write(" ")%>
<% =artists(2) %>
<% response.write(" ")%>
<% =artists(3) %>
<% response.write(" ")%>
<% =artists(4) %>

but I wany to have a tab instead of the (" ") so that all the different columns will be in line when they are printed to the screen even if the length of the string contained in artists(n) differs.

Thanks in advance

Dominic

It would be far easier to use a table :

Default Use a table

Web browsers strip extraneous spaces when they render HTML; You could put 5000 spaces between 2 characters, and it would render as one space. Same for tab characters, and even linefeeds in some cases.

Use a table for the formatting.
