    Default Connection string in ASP.Net

I am using this connection string to open a connection:<BR><BR>Integrated Security=SSPI;Persist Security Info=False;Initial Catalog=HaymarketMotoring;Data Source=ACTW2KS002SHARED;Workstation ID=ACTWXPP002<BR><BR><BR>Strangely enough, it works in a VB.Net application but gives a "SQL Server does not exist or access denied" error in ASP.Net. Any ideas???<BR><BR>I have tried both SQL server and Windows Authentication.<BR>

    Default Just a guess

Does it have something to do with where each thing is in relation to each other? If the VB app and the ASP app are in different locations then you may need to change the data source.<BR>Just a guess.

Default no logon info in connection string

Since your connection string does not seem to contain login info, maybe its possible that your VB app is seen as logging on thru local as admin, while is seen as the aspnet account which does not have admin privelages. You would either give that account admin privelages on the machine (not a great idea), or put in explicit logon info in your connection string.
