Using the virtual directive simple states the file resides in some virtual directory, and NOT another server. <BR><BR>Secondly, the page you would be fetching would ALREADY BE rendered into HTML. Otherwise, people could simply include any external site's ASP page to rip the code and set into your own page. You understand what I mean? The minute you fetch the code externally, it will be sent to the server and sent back to your own application server as HTML, not ASP statements.<BR><BR>-Vadim C.
