Default Display as float?

Is there anyway to specify in SQL how you would like the data returned. Right now my query returns numbers with 10 places after the decimal point, I really only need two. Thanks

    Default Why do you care...

    ...what the SQL returns???

Are you trying to do this using a query tool?

If you have ASP involved, then the numbers being sent from the DB to ADO to VBScript are in *internal* format. So VBScript is the thing that determines how they are displayed.

And to ask VBScript for a particular format...

(1) Click on "VBScript Reference" in the left panel of this page.
(2) In the list of topics that appears, click on "Functions".
(3) In the list of functions that appears, look for all that have names starting with "Format...".
