Default ASP/Email question

Im not entirely sure if this question is appropriate in this apologies in advance.

Im working on something that involves the use of automated emails. Most of them will contain a web link resembling this:

6122904

The problem is that, since the links tend to be rather long, it wraps in outlook express. When the user clicks the link, they are sent here:

Notice how much of the link wasnt included? What can I do about this? The body of the emails are not html....just text. That link is not written with any sort of a href tag....just written as is. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Jason

The obvious answer would be to make them HTML emails (if possible), and then you can hide the long link...

However, several companies just provide the user with a short link to put in, and a string to copy and paste into a box if their browser b*ggers up the link...

Maybe you could do something similar?

Craig.
