I'm using SQL Server 2000 and IIS 5.0 and have the following problem.

I recently upsized an Access 2000 database to a SQL Server 2000 database. Everything went fine. I then created a stored procedure to return a recordset. When I use Query Analyzer, everything works fine, i.e. I get the info I want.

However, when I try to display any of the type ntext fields, nothing displays. All of the other datatypes work fine.

When this was an Access 2000 database, the fields in question were of type memo. When I created the recordset on the page (as opposed to the stored procedure) everything worked fine. Now it doesn't matter if I use or stored procedure or create the recordset on the page, the ntext datatypes don't display. It also doesn't matter if I change the type to text from ntext.

This seems totally bizarre to me. Any ideas?
