Default Response.Redirect with PWS

I seem to be having a problem with Personal Web Server (PWS) and the Response.Redirect command. I get the error "the HTTP Headers are already written to the client browser. Any HTTP header modifications must be made before writing page content.

I have regular HTML code at the top of my .ASP file (<HTML><HEADER>, etc), then later on, I'll have a "<%" in there to start the ASP code. This works just fine in IIS, but doesn't appear to in PWS. Is there a way around this other than going to an IIS machine?

Thanks,
Jesse
