    Default cookies v session variables

I have used session variables to store information pertaining to each user&#039;s visit. Some information is static such as security information and other information is dynamic (like default address, phone number - which they might change). What is the best practice for storing this information? Do I store it all in session variables and use session.remove when variables don&#039;t relate to a certain part of the site or do I use cookies and carry all this information around in the HTTP header?<BR>Thanks!
