Hi All!,
I have a peculiar problem! What I have is two sites running on the same server, uses the same SQL Server 7 and have different databases almost identical in structure(but for minor diferences in some of the tables). But for one of the sites, some SQL queries are seen to take very very long to execute compared to the other site, and I encounter an error 'timeout expired'. This does not occur in the other site which uses the same code and the same table structure at the backend. We are having customer complaints about the slow loading.

Could someone advise as to why this happens? Could it be a difference in configuration of the two DB's. If yes, what could be different? I dont have direct access to the DB's and the person who's administering it maintains the DBs are having default settings. Anything to do with DSN?

Please advise

TIA, Suresh.
