Probably I wasnt clear enough. :( I have existing application on my web server. Anyway, I tried to open it from local project file and it gave me this... "The application for project 'some path' is not installed. Make sure the application for the project type (.vip) is installed." What does it mean?
This is what I have done:<BR>In vs.net, you should create a new project in the folder of the existing project. This will add a bunch of asp.net junk in the folder, but I wouldn't worry about it if this is just a development environment.<BR><BR>I believe that you will have to have regular file access to the project. I have had problems connecting to classic asp projects using FrontPage extensions and UNC. After that, you have to click on a toolbar button in the Solution Explorer to "Show All Files" and add the appropriate files to the solution.<BR><BR>Hope that helps.
