Default Aggregate Functionality

If you have a table with the following
Table TEST
----------------
a &#124 bag
b &#124 bar
a &#124 pipe

Is there anyway to get back just one record of "a" with both the words "bag" and "pipe"
SELECT a
FROM Test...then what?!?!

    Default Nope

What you CAN select is a delimited string with all the values where whatever is a if you only want one record

OR

just get all the records where it is a AND then do whatever in the front end
