Default Removing scrollbar in Netscape

This is probably a simple thing, but I can't find the answer anywhere.

<body scroll=no> will remove the scrollbars from an IE window, but not netscape. Does anyone know how to do it in netscape?

It's not a page that comes from a link so the open.window(scrollbar=no) js thing won't work, I don't think.

thanks,
chris

This a complicated work-around, but put the page in a frameset with one frame not being used set to 1 or 0 pixels. Then set the scroll bar properties of the frame with your page.
