    Default Enterprise Manager

If I install Enterprise manager on machines that are not the actual server, is it possible for other users to have full control of the server. Obviously, I do not want this but I want to know what this will exactly do.<BR><BR>

Once you have Enterprise Manager installed on a client you still have to "connect" to the SQL Server you want to control.<BR><BR>You can connect via Windows Authentication or by entering the username and password of a SQL Server user. So you can control what access users who connnect with Enterprise Manager have, but if your sa password is blank and everyone knows it then yes they will have control.
