I have a broadband conection with a static IP and am not behind any firewalls, routers, etc.

I can use my web server fine locally, but as soon as I try to browse to my site from any machine at a different location - DNS Server could not be found error.

I can access ftp and can ping my server from an outside machine, and when I run netstat on the server it IS listening on port 80. I checked that IIS is using the correct http port (80) and it is. The built in Firewall for Windows XP is turned OFF.

I have searched Microsofts site extensively and found NOTHING. I have found other people on the net with the same problem, but no solutions. PLEASE HELP.
