I found this in my IIS logs.

2002-06-18 22:15:09 220.127.116.11 - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 80 GET /nonexistent.htr - 200 Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+Netcraft+Webserver+Survey)
www.netcraft.com

it's a site that keeps track of what domain is running which webserver.

You've been visited by their spider...
Then why didn't they ask for robots.txt or just /
??
They don't want to know what's on your site (as google) but they just want to know what OS/webserver you're running.
