Hi,

I have a query in regards to checking a record against a session. Every user who is a registered receives a default of 100 tokens to allow him/her to perform certain tasks. Every time a task is performed, the application deducts 1 token. I was hoping to ask that how can I write the syntax that would check the number of tokens a user(who has logged in hence my query in respect to session) has before allow him/her to perform a task e.g. searching a particular section of the database. I hope someone would be able to suggest what I should do to my code below to achieve the abovementioned goal.

My Code:
Set RSFind = Conn.Execute("Select * " _
& "From Contacts Inner Join Members On Contacts.MemberID = Members.MemberID where " _
& "Status = ""Current"" AND " _
& "FName = '" & FName & "' And " _
& "LName = '" & LName & "'" _
& "order by FName")

The code is supposed to check if the user who is logged in has enough tokens against his/her records in the database. I suppose since I have allocated that the session of a user is his/her memberid the code should check against this.
