Default Image Display Bug

I am displaying images that are stored in a database (I know that they
should not be stored in a database but we had to for security reasons)
and I am encountering a bug in IE 5.1 on a Mac. The image does not
change to a new one as you page through the recordset, it just
continues to display the first image. It is a png image. I have
tried all sorts of ways to try and get the page to not be cached. I
found that if you reload the page it will display the correct new
image so I put in some script to automatically refresh the page once
every time but that type of reload does not work, only a manual
refresh works. All the rest of the info in the record displays
properly except for the new image. Please help!!
