Default Response.ContentType = "application/msword"

When using Response.ContentType = "application/msword" to enable the browser to display files in .doc format, is it possible to force the user to save the documents as type .doc?

Currently, when a user attempts to save a document in a browser, the default is "save as type Web Page, (*.htm, *.html)". What I would like is that the default is "save as type Word Document (*.doc)".

Any Ideas on the best way to implement this?

Cheers,

Gavin
