Having a problem that occurs after sending a batch email from an ASP page.

Using CDonts.DLL as follows:

Dim objMail
Set objMail = CreateObject("CDonts.NewMail")
objMail.From = "sender@xyz.com"
objMail.To = whoever@wherever.com
objMail.Subject = "Subject"
objMail.Body = "Body"
objMail.BodyFormat= (either CdoBodyFormatHTML or CdoBodyFormatText,
depending)
objMail.MailFo rmat = (either CdoBodyFormatMime or CdoBodyFormatText,
depending)
objMail.Import ance = CdoNormal
objMail.Send
Set objMail = Nothing

This sequence of code is called repeatedly to send out a batch of 500+ emails, one after another from an asp page, using a valid user and domain name in the "From:" field. The user and domain are unrelated to the server sending out the batch emails.

There are no problems in sending out the batch emails that we are aware of, but after the batch emails are sent, all subsequent emails sent from the server to the domain name used in the "From:" field of the batch email are delayed for at least 48 hours. This affects email from the server to any and all users
under the domain name. In the example above, all users at xyz.com would be affected.

The delayed emails remain in the mailroot/queue directory until they are sent out. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.
